I got a friend whose mobile phone was locked without knowing the PIN code. He had tried many times to open but alway failed. He gave up and asked my assistance to open. Indeed, the PIN is not SIM PIN. Before I relized it I had a bit quarrel with the phone operator about this matter. Soon I remembered of application for unlocking PIN without flashing the Phone. I looked for it in my external hardisk and found it. Then I installed it to the mobile phone immediately. There are 2 versions of it, one is for computer and another one is for cell phone ( special for OS symbian ). I just want no need to open computer and do my job straightly, besideit supports mobile phone very much, I use N70. This is good for those who want to be technician of locked mobile phone.
