Get some fiber
Do not avoid fiber, because fiber is very important to our lung’s health. By consuming 25-30 grams fiber every day, you will keep your lungs well. Fiber also helps our body to smoothen the food in our digestion. It means that we can avoid the flatulent. If you have some time to make your breakfast, you can try some havermut cooked with a banana as your breakfast. At lunch you can try two slices whole meat as a sandwich and a fresh apple. Getting fiber in a right amount will produce some good mood to our body.
Consume mineral water as much as you can
Try to consume it as much as you can. You can enjoy it by adding a lemon slice to it. The acid of the lemon will reduce gas in our stomach. Beside that, it also can add some oxidants to prevent cancer. Consuming mineral water in a good amount will equal the fiber so that we can avoid flatulent. Just make sure you have your 8 glasses mineral water in every single day.
Reduce carbohydrate
Avoid any carbohydrate like white bread, pastas, and white rice which is has so much carbohydrate. A study shows us that the low carbohydrate diet food (with much protein) can help us to reduce fat. You can choose some vegetables, whole meat bread, brown rice and whole meat pastas to fill your body with carbohydrate. The complex carbohydrate will be a good source of fiber.
Vegetables you have to eat
Do not eat in a big portion, because some gas producer like broccoli, cabbages, beans, and potatoes will cause flatulent. So, you can limit in a half portion of your meal. You also have to choose your vegetables well, because our digestion will produce some gas when it digests the cruciferous. Eat more non-cruciferous vegetables like carrots, tomatos, and greengrocers which have a little gas as the cause of flatulent.
