I got a friend whose mobile phone was locked without knowing the PIN code. He had tried many times to open but alway failed. He gave up and asked my assistance to open. Indeed, the PIN is not SIM PIN. Before I relized it I had a bit quarrel with the phone operator about this matter. Soon I remembered of application for unlocking PIN without flashing the Phone.
