Lately, especially in modern countries many people have been trying to apply the way of healthy life in relation of cancer prevention. I have a good tips for ours health care, the followings are some suggestion for your long living is :
1. Eat more vegetables, fruits, and seeds such as tempe ( fermented soybeans cake ), tofu ( soybeans curd ) and food containing fibers. Consume vegetables and fruits at least twice a day.
2. Avoid excessive body weight or getting fat. Measure your weight once a week. Research proved that fat cause  bigger risk of suffering breast, uterus, large intestine, kidney as well as bile cancer.

3. Reduce eat too much fries and food containing high protein and fat such as innards.
4. Limit consuming food cooked with high temperature and long time or by certain process that cause procarsinogen such as food which is salted, smoked, roasted till burn so that it produces polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon ( PAH ). Boiled food is good.
5. Be careful of using artificial sweetener, food color and excessive  preservatives. Fresh food is better.
6. Keep the food healthy, vary, and free from pollution.
7. Better not to consume alcoholic drinks and smoke.
8. Doing regular sport excercise supported by healthy mental and spirit is part of integrated efforts to get rid of cancer.
